- We ship via UPS, USPS & FedEx with tracking numbers to street addresses.
We can ship to PO Boxes, excluding Ultimate 3-in-1 Playpen Barrier. - We don't ship to APO, FPO, DPO for any items.
- Orders are processed & dispatched at 10am Pacific Time (PT) Mon – Fri. Orders placed after 10am will be dispatched the next business day.

"My original door which came with the playpen was not latching perfectly and leaving a little gap at the lock latch. I had bought this door under warranty and this one is really good quality. It fitted perfectly with my existing playpen and it auto-shuts and locks correctly with no issues."
