HOW WE SHIP + CUSTOMER SUPPORT
- We ship via UPS, USPS & FedEx with tracking numbers to street addresses.
We can ship to PO Boxes, excluding Ultimate 3-in-1 Playpen Barrier. - We don't ship to APO, FPO, DPO for any items.
- Orders are processed & dispatched at 10am Pacific Time (PT) Mon – Fri. Orders placed after 10am will be dispatched the next business day.
- After dispatch, we are not responsible for, nor do we have any control over, possible delays made by the couriers.
