We currently offer Free Shipping on orders over $33.99 only. All items qualify even heavy and oversize items. We offer two shipping methods: FedEx Standard 5-8 business days and FedEx Ground 3-4 business days. Our standard shipping method is serviced by FedEx SmartPost that utilizes the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) for final delivery.

USA Shipping Policy

Delivery times above are estimates only. Delivery times apply from the date of dispatch, not the date orders are received and refer to business days not calendar days. We make every attempt to ensure all deliveries arrive within the estimated time frames above however sometimes events occur that are out of our control. If your order is more than 2 business days late based on the above guidelines please contact us and provide your name, order number and date of order.

We ship across the 48 contiguous United States. Enjoy next day shipping when your order is processed before 6:00 am Pacific Time (PT) Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 6:00 am Pacific Time (PT) will ship the following business day. At this time FedEx Ground does not deliver to APO, FPO, DPO or PO Boxes. Tracking numbers are emailed upon shipment and can be tracked online at www.FedEx.com for package travel history and delivery dates.

Do NOT ship returned product to any address other then the address provided by customer support. Any product returned to alternative address cannot be refunded as per the return policy.

International, Hawaii, Alaska & Canada

We do ship internationally and to Hawaii and Alaska but expect a higher shipping cost. If you wish to ship to these locations we recommend contacting us prior to placing an order so we can accurately quote the shipping cost for you or utilizing a freight forwarding company within the contiguous 48 United States that we can ship to your location.

International Shipping – Customs & Duty Charges

International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Perma Child Safety cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Perma Child Safety will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees.
