Orders placed after 6:00 am Pacific Time (PT) will ship the following business day. At this time FedEx Ground does not deliver to APO, FPO, DPO or PO Boxes. Tracking numbers are emailed upon shipment and can be tracked online at www.FedEx.com for package travel history and delivery dates.

Do NOT ship returned product to any address other then the address provided by customer support. Any product returned to alternative address cannot be refunded as per the return policy.

International, Hawaii, Alaska & Canada

We do ship internationally and to Hawaii and Alaska but expect a higher shipping cost. If you wish to ship to these locations we recommend contacting us prior to placing an order so we can accurately quote the shipping cost for you or utilizing a freight forwarding company within the contiguous 48 United States that we can ship to your location.
